Kendle appoints Mark Roseman chief marketing officer

Mark Roseman has joined clinical research organisation Kendle as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.
He has more than 20 years of senior operations leadership and strategic account development experiences in the clinical services industry, most recently at i3 Research were he was vice president of business operations.
Prior to this he spent nearly 13 years with PPD and before that served with CIBA Vision for six years, holding several positions of increasing responsibility in ophthalmic clinical research.
In his new role Mark will have executive-level responsibility for Kendle’s worldwide sales and strategic partnership development efforts, reporting directly to chairman and chief executive Dr Candace Kendle.
“Mark brings to Kendle a wealth of operational experience and proven sales success in the CRO industry,” said Dr Kendle. “We look forward to his leadership as we drive continued growth in sales and strengthen Kendle’s position as a multinational top-tier CRO and strategic partner of choice for our customers.”
Mark assumes the senior VP and CMO from Simon Higginbotham who will move to an external consulting role providing strategic marketing and business development support services for the company.
