
Healthcare Corporation of America names chief executive and chairman

The Healthcare Corporation of America has appointed Natasha Giordano as its chief executive and Yaron Eitan as chairman of the board.
Giordano succeeds Gary Sekulski as chief executive and has also been elected as a director on the board at the New Jersey-based firm.
In addition, the company has named Yaron Eitan as its new chairman of the board of directors, also succeeding Gary Sekulski. Sekulski will continue to assist the firm with certain business activities.
Giordano takes with her over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions in the healthcare industry. She previously served as the chief executive, president and director of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals from May 2010 to August 2012, and chief operating officer since 2009.
Prior to that she served as president of Americas for Cegedim Dendrite (formerly Dendrite International) from 2007 to 2008, and as senior VP of the global customer business unit at Cegedim from 2004 to 2007.
“I am very excited to join the management team of Healthcare Corporation of America as chief executive,” Giordano said.
Eitan added: “I am happy to return to the chairman role following the acquisition of Healthcare Corporation of America, and I am excited to welcome Natasha as our new chief executive.”
Eitan was the president, chief executive and a director of Selway Capital Acquisition Corporation from inception until April 2013, when it acquired Healthcare Corporation of America.
