Healthcare comms agency GCI Health has grown its London-based team by hiring senior account director Claire Woods, account director Laura Starr and account manager Chris Bath.
Woods (pictured left) joins the firm from Ketchum, having previously worked for Red Door Communications – and as the communications manager for Cancer at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
Starr (pictured right) moves from Hill & Knowlton Strategies, having started her career at Virgo Health, and Bath joins from Red Door Communications.
Director at the GCI London office Health Rikki Jones, said: “Each hire is an exceptional talent, recruited not only for their outstanding client service and experience but also their obvious entrepreneurial spirit.”
GCI Health’s new London employees will work with global, European and UK clients across four primary service areas: life sciences, consumer health, market access communications and strategic consulting.
“Our London office, as GCI Health’s European hub, has been growing significantly and we are thrilled to welcome these new team members,” said Wendy Lund, the firm’s chief executive.
