Red Door Communications (RDC) has promoted Matt Lowe and Katy Pogson to its board of directors, and Kate Aldous and Sarah Aldridge to its management team.

Lowe joined the firm’s owners Creston Health in February 2012 before spending time at RDC, and prior to this was a senior marketing manager at Grünenthal.

RDC managing director Catherine Devaney says: “From creating a compelling vision, to motivating, teaching and coaching the team, Matt has created a culture in which digital is a core competency for everyone and unlocked the potential of some real digital stars.”

Pogson (pictured) joined RDC from Ketchum in 2008 as a senior account manager, and was promoted to account director within a couple of months. She was named as one of PR Week’s 29 under 29 – the only health PR representative – in November 2011.

Meanwhile, Aldous and Aldridge have been promoted to associate directors at the company. Aldous joined RDC in 2011 from Red Health as a senior account manager, and she currently leads accounts for Sanofi, MSD, Baxter, Almirall and Astellas.

Aldridge originally joined RDC as an account executive in 2007 joining from a public affairs agency in her native Australia representing leading healthcare professional associations. She is currently on secondment in the US at the New York offices of RDC’s sister agency Cooney/Waters working across accounts under the Creston Health network.
