Comms firm FleishmanHillard has added two directors to its Healthcare leadership team.
Robert Hanvik and Alison Wright have joined the agency to work on existing client accounts and support expansion. They will both have CRM (client relationship manager) responsibilities for some of FH’s largest clients.
Hanvik has previously worked at FleishmanHillard heading up its Minneapolis office and is returning to the firm after several years in in-house roles, including head of Global Communications for Smith Medical and head of Global Public Relations for Medtronic. He brings extensive international experience and specialism in CSR, devices and diagnostics and Market Access.
Wright joins having previously worked in-house as director of European Corporate Communications at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and as head of Oncology Affairs and Communications Europe for Novartis. She also has an extensive agency career as a senior consultant for Chandler Chicco and Cohn & Wolfe. Wright brings expertise in brand launches, issues management, global programming and public health issues.
Both Hanvik and Wright will sit in FleishmanHillard’s London Healthcare Department alongside the three existing directors and will report into head of Healthcare London, Daniel Kent and Global Healthcare MD, Anne de Schweinitz.
Kent said: “We pride ourselves on the quality of the strategic guidance we provide to our clients and the addition of Robert and Alison will bring further strength and depth to this offering. We’re delighted to be adding such senior and experienced individuals to our team.”
