
Duck Creek Technologies appoints Tyler Jones as chief marketing officer

Duck Creek Technologies has appointed Tyler Jones as its new chief marketing officer (CMO). He will lead the company’s global marketing strategy, supporting its position as a provider of property and casualty (P&C) insurance software.
Jones brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of insurance, technology and customer experience. He joins from CLARA Analytics, where he was responsible for driving adoption of AI-based solutions across the insurance sector.
Prior to CLARA, Jones held senior roles at AIG and Kaiser Permanente. As global head of data strategy at AIG, he led initiatives to improve strategic decision-making through data insights. At Kaiser Permanente, he oversaw a $250m multi-year transformation of the organisation’s revenue cycle and consumer medical billing systems.
