Dr Marie-Paule Richard joins AiCuris as CMO

German clinical research company AiCuris has appointed Dr Marie-Paule Richard as chief medical officer.
She has over 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a career that has included leading global clinical development projects, supervising clinical-regulatory strategies and managing cross-functional departments.
Marie-Paule spent six years at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a medical-marketing manager, subsequently spending time at Aventis Pharma as European clinical project manager. In 2000, she joined GlaxoSmithKline in the UK as senior director with responsibility for a portfolio of anti-infectives. Thereafter Marie-Paule was appointed VP clinical development in Sanofi Pasteur France.
From 2008, she was a medical advisor for several biotech companies in Switzerland and France, and for a Capital Venture Fund.
