Doctors.net.uk boosts business development team

Online healthcare professional network Doctors.net.uk has made three business development appointments and added a new project manager to its team.

Jo Bell joins the company as business development director, bringing with her 10 years experiences within the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors.

She is joined by new business development managers Paul Kelly and Lizzie Evans.

Paul has  27 years experience spanning the pharmaceutical, market intelligence and medical device industries and Lizzie is a seasoned marketer with a background spanning the financial, private banking and pharmaceutical sectors.

Also joining the company is Phil Oldroyd. A Chemistry graduate and specialist in scientific contract research, Phil takes on the position of project manager.

Carwyn Jones, head of the pharmaceutical business division at Doctors.net.uk, said: “Our pharmaceutical business has experienced a rapid period of growth in recent months and, with continued pressure on conventional routes to engaging doctors, demand is expected to continue to increase.
