
Ben Fisher joins OgilvyHealthPR

OgilvyHealthPR has appointed Ben Fisher as associate director.
He joins the agency from Porter Novelli and has ten years experience in healthcare communications
Ben will head up the Boehringer Ingelheim diabetes portfolio, in addition to focusing on new business.
“I’m very excited to be joining such a prestigious agency,” said Ben. “Ogilvy’s multi-disciplinary offering, and varied client base is particuarly appealing and I’m looking forward to delivering an exciting 2010 programme for my client, in addition to supporting the agency’s growth into new areas.”
Ben began his career at The Lancet Medical Journal before moving into PR and medical education, where he has worked in a number of disease areas including respiratory, oncology, women’s health, gastroenterology, diabetes and nutrition.
“Ben is a valuable new addition to our team,” OgilvyHealthPR managing director Antonia Betts said. “His experience and diverse skill set complements our 360o approach to global brand management, and will allow us to continue to meet and exceed our clients’ healthcare communication expectations.”
