
Arnold & Porter appoints George Jenkins as partner

Arnold & Porter has announced the appointment of George Jenkins as a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice.
Jenkins brings extensive advisory experience across the life science sector to his new role. He previously served for seven years at Covington & Burling, first as a Life Sciences Transactions Lawyer and then as Special Counsel – Life Sciences Transactions. Prior to this, he spent more than eight years at Hogan Lovells, including as a Senior Associate.
Jenkins represents companies across the biotech, life sciences, pharmaceutical and digital health industries and advises them on vital points such as negotiation, joint ventures and co-development arrangements. He also provides advice on agreements for the manufacture, distribution, and supply of goods.
Additionally, Jenkins supports life science clients on regulatory issues, assisting them in developing and marketing their products in the EU.
