Burton Paul has joined Windsor, UK-based branding agency 1HQ as client director to head up their health division.
He has over 15 years experience in managing projects and clients across a wide range of sectors including FMCG and pharmaceuticals, working with companies such as BMS, Cephalon, GE Healthcare and SSL (Reckitt Benckiser).
Burton said: “Semiotics in particular has a huge role to play in the development of pharma products especially in over the counter products. The pharma industry need to think more like retailers; especially as their brands sit up there on the shelf with all the best household brands, which is an area I am looking forward to developing.
“Having worked on a global scale across many brands, I have developed a real passion and drive to make a difference. It was important for me to work with a team that shared that vision and I recognise shared core values at 1HQ. It’s an exciting time to join the agency and I look forward to developing 1HQ Health into a powerhouse of the branding world.”
