To help customers better understand SHL products and services, a suite of communication tools including articles, white papers, case studies, and videos have been made available online and are updated regularly. Following the recent introduction of case studies, SHL is now excited to announce the addition of podcasts to this group, where the content is communicated directly to the listener in the form of short but informative Q&A sessions.
The first series of podcasts will be hosted by SHL VP of Global Marketing Steven Kaufman, where he will interview various SHL staff specializing in areas ranging from industrial design to business development for auto injectors, pen injectors and inhaler systems. Commenting on this participation, Steven shares, “We respect and understand that our audiences have their own preferences when it comes to how they want to receive information. Therefore, we do our best to connect with our customers through diverse media platforms. Podcasts are more personal and time-efficient form of a communication that can be portable at the same time. We welcome our listeners to provide feedback as well as suggestions on topics of interest.”
The first podcast to be published will be on the topic of “The importance of testing when developing new auto injectors,” where Frederik Stromvall, Project Manager and Head of the Testing Lab at the SHL Sweden Office talks about the value of developing proven test methods at an early stage and its positive impact on auto injector development projects.
