Pfizer UK’s Zubair Hussain has been appointed president-elect of global regulatory affairs organisation TOPRA.
His appointment was part of a handful of changes to the organisation’s board that also saw Sanofi-Aventis’ Carlos Langezaal made TOPRA’s North American representative and Eisai’s Angela Miller appointed a director.
The appointees were elected the organisation’s Annual General Meeting in Sweden in October and will work to set the body’s strategic direction.
They join a board that combines international expertise with a range of experience from major pharma, consulting firms and independents.
