Judith Teall has been appointed director of patient recruitment at clinical trial technology company Exco InTouch.

She has spent more than 20 years in pharmaceutical clinical research, most recently heading up patient recruitment across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East for GlaxoSmithKline.

Prior to making the move into industry, Teall spent her early career as a RGN nurse after graduating from the Sheffield School of Nursing.

Commenting on her new role she said: “Exco InTouch has been built on a very strong base of experienced personnel coupled with the innovative use of technology and service excellence, and is already well placed in the patient recruitment, retention and compliance arena. This was a key driver in my decision to join the company.

In her new role Judith will be based at Exco InTouch’s European headquarters in Hertfordshire in the UK, where she will lead and direct patient engagement solutions.
