We’re not a “digital agency”.  

Does this mean we don’t do it?  Of course not – any good agency is going to be ‘doing digital’ every single day.  But it means that when we decide that something digital is the right solution, it’s because we’ve thought about the customer, the end user, the human being involved and worked out that communicating with them using digital media is absolutely the best tool for the job – not just because it’s what we always do.  And if you start from this point, your digital tactics are always going to have a strong strategic foundation – because we all know that tactics without strategy are just noise, right? And this world’s noisy enough as it is.

We’ve worked across all of the different digital projects you can imagine (as well as some you can’t) from award-winning films to simple little iPad sales stories.  And because we’re part of McCann Worldgroup, we can tap into the expertise of the Digital Media Planners at Universal McCann (they work on Mastercard and Bacardi and Microsoft) or the Creative Technology Unit at our consumer agency McCann Erickson (the guys who came up with the spoof Computer Tan for skin cancer charity Skcin– check out www.computertan.com).  Sometimes we get them fully involved – sometimes they just help us out behind the scenes – whatever’s the best way to solve our clients’ problems.
